Hargma (Calf's foot with Chick-peas)

Ingredients:

* 1 calf's foot cut into pieces * 250g chick-peas (soaked overnight) * 1 big onion * 10 garlic cloves * salt * 1/2 teaspoon pepper
* 1/2 teaspoon ginger * some saffron * 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon * 1/2 teaspoon paprika * 1 bunch parsley and coriander * water
* a white and clean cloth * 250g wheat seeds

Preparation:

Wash pieces of calf's foot; put them into a pressure cooker with chick-peas, chopped onion, garlic, salt, spices and bunch of parsley and coriander. Pour water (21itres) and cook about 30min.
 
Put two tablespoons of washed wheat seeds in each piece of cloth, close and knot in shape of a purse. Do the same with remaining wheat seeds. Soak purses into preparation and cook under cover for about 1 hour.
 
Remove clothes before serving, you may replace wheat seeds with rice or raisins.
