Coconut Ghribas
Ingredients:
* 500g grated coconut
* 200g semolina
* 350g icing sugar
* 1 lemon zest
* 5 eggs
* 1/2 glass oil
* 1/2 glass melted butter
* 1 packet baking powder
Preparation:
Combine coconut, semolina, icing sugar, lemon zest, eggs, then oil and butter in bowl. Cool it for 1 hour.
Add the baking powder and mix. Shape pastry into little balls, flatten with your fingers to form ghribas. Dust icing sugar then place them onto a greased tray and bake in preheated oven at 180°C, cooking: 20min.
