Crepes (Baghrirs)
Ingredients:
* 1 bowl fine semolina * 1/2 bowl flour * 1 teaspoon salt * 1 packet baking powder * 2 bowls warm water * 2 teaspoons baker's yeast * 1 teaspoon castor sugar
Preparation:
In bowl mlX semolina, flour, salt and baking powder. Mix it with warm water and baker's yeast diluted in warm water and sugar. Preserve cream and let it rise 1 hour. Just before cooking stir with a ladle.
Pour quantity of a small ladle of cream onto a hot smooth pan. Cook crepe on one side only. Serve hot wíth a mixture of honey and melted butter or olive oíl or Jam.
