Flaky Rolls With Dried Fruits
Ingredients:
* 200g almonds
* 200g crushed walnuts
* 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
* 100g castor sugar
* 150g butter
* 2 tablespoons orange-flower water
Decoration:
* egg yolk
* 200g honey
* fried and crushed almonds

Preparation:
