Semolina Girdle Cakes Harchas

Ingredients:

* 250 gr fine semolina * 1/2 teaspoon salt * 2 tablespoons castor sugar
* 1 packet baking powder * 1 packet vanilla sugar
* 150 gr butter * 1 glass milk

Preparation:

In bowl, combine semolina, salt, sugar, baking powder and vanilla sugar. Melt butter and add it to the mixture then incorporate until you get shortbread dough.
 
Pour milk on mixture and stir bowl then leave it rest a few minutes. Heat pan in moderate heat, sprinkle semolina and place two round moulds. inside each one put a ball of dough and sprinkle front. Then flatten dough to take shape of mould. Cook on both sides. Serve with mixture of honey and melted butter.
