Sesame Seeds Ghribas
Ingredients:
* 500g sesame seeds
* 2 eggs
* 1 tablespoon flour
* 250g icing sugar
* 1 tablespoon baking powder
* 1 tablespoon jam
* 4 tablespoons melted butter
Decoration:
* a little of orange-flower water
* 100g icing sugar
Preparation:
Wash and drain sesame seeds then golden them into a pan without grease. With a processor, crush them then add eggs, flour, sugar, baking powder, jam and mix.
Add melted butter to the mixture and knead until homogenous paste. Make little balls in ghriba shapes, Dip the top of each ghriba into orange-flower water then into icing sugar, Place them onto buttered and floured tray and bake in preheated oven at 180° C for about 15minutes.
