Traditional Ghribas

Ingredients:

* 500g flour
* 100g icing sugar
* 2 tablespoons grilled sesame seeds
* 1 pinch salt
* 1 glass oil
* 1 and 1/2 glass melted butter
* 1 baking powder

Preparation:

Combine flour, icing sugar, sesame seeds, salt, melted butter and oil in bowl, Knead energetically until smooth, cool then refrigerate overnight.
 
Add the baking powder and knead. Shape pastry into little balls, place them onto a greased oven tray or lined with greaseproof paper, Bake in preheated and moderate oven, decoration sift cinnamon powder over.
