vermicelli milk pudding
Ingredients for 8 to 10 people, cooking time 30 minutes :
* 1 litre (2 pts) of water
* 2 litres (4 pts) of milk
* 1 knob of buter the size of a walnut
* 1 good teaspoonful of salt
* 8 soupspoonfuls of caster sugar
* 400 g (14 oz) of vermicelli
* 2 soupspoonfuls of orange-flower_water
Preparation:
Put the milk and water on to boil and add the salt, butter and sugar. As it comes to the boil, add the vermicelli and stir gently. Leave to cook for 10 minutes then remove from the heat after adding the orange-flower water.
