Walnut and almond baklavas

Ingredients:

* 250 gr almonds(poached, blanched and fried) * 250 gr walnut * 2 tablespoons orange-flower water * 1 teaspoon cinnamon * 100 gr castor sugar * 1/2 glass melted butter * 250 gr puff pastry

Decoration:
 
* 100 gr poached and blanched almonds * 250 gr honey * 4 tablespoons orange-flower water

Preparation:

Crush almonds and walnuts in food processor. Combine in bowl with orange-flower water. Add cinnamon, sugar and butter. Mix well.
Divide puff pastry into two pieces; roll out thinly with pastry roller. Line oven tray with one and preserve second.

Fill with almonds and walnuts and spread well. Cover with second layer of puff pastry. Keep cool 30 minutes. Cut into cubes and garnish with almonds. Bake in moderate and preheated oven 15 minutes. Ready when golden. Pour over warm honey flavored with orange-flower water. Serve cold.
