Seffa with rice
Ingredients:
* 2 bowls rice * 4 bowls water * 3 tablespoons butter * 1 tablespoon castor sugar
Para decorar:
* 100 gr almonds (boiled, blanched and fried) * cinnamon * icing sugar
Preparation:
Put rice and butter into saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly. Add water and cook until total absorption, stirring from time to time. Add sugar and let it melt. For presentation, place into dish rice in a shape of a pyramid and decorate with almonds, icing sugar and cinnamon.
