Beetroot salade recipe
Ingredients:
* 250 g beetroots
Salted sauce
* 2 crushed garlic cloves
* 1 teaspoon vinegar
* salt and pepper
* 1 tablespoon parsley finely chopped
Sweetsauce
* 1 lemon juice
* 2 tablespoons castor sugar
Preparation:
Poach beetroots until total cooking. Leave to cool, peel and dice, For salted salad Mix beetroots with garlic, vinegar, parsley, salt and pepper. Serve cold.
For sweet salad Marinate beetroots into lemon juice and sugar for 5minutes, Mix and serve cold.
