raw salads
Ingredients:
* 1 ib of sweet peppers * 1 level teaspoonful of cumin * 1 pinch of ground chilli
* 3 soupspoonfuls of lemon juice * 2 soupspoonfuls of olive oil * 1 soupspoonful of groundnut oil
* 1 small bunch of chopped parsley * salt
Grill the peppers and take off the skins. Cut into dice and add salt, cumin, lemon, oil, chopped parsley and chilli. Mix well and serve cold.
