chick-pea harira
Ingredients for 12 people :
* 2 tea-glasses full to the brim of chick-peas soaked overnight and peeled the next morning.
* 1/2 teaglassful of rice cooked separately in salt water.
Preparation:
Same preparation as for lentil harira except that the lentils are replaced by the chick-peas cooked directly in the stock. Add the rice when the soup is ready for eating.
