Ingredients for 10 people :

* Cooking time 1to 1 1/4 hours * 4 litres (7pts) of water

* 1 soup-bowlful of dchicha (200g) (7 oz) * 1 soupspoonM of sweet peppers (paprika)

* 1 pinch of Sudan felfia (hot pimento dired and crushed) * 1 teaglassful of dried kidney-beans (skinned)- 150 g (5 oz)

* 1 bunch of coriander (kasbour) washed and pounded with enough * salt for the seasoning * 1 piece of kh!ii weighing about 100 g (4 oz) diced

Preparation: 

Put the water on to boil, rinse the wheat in a strainer and pour into the saucepan. Add the paprika, the hot pepper (fef Ia) and the diced khlii.

After boiling for half an hour, add the kidney-beans. When they are cooked, add the coriander, pounded with salt, and bring back to the boil. Check the seasoning and take off the heat.
