m'qualli tajine of meat and with truffles

Ingredienfs for 6 to 8 people :

- 1 1/2 kg (3 lbs 5 oz) of meat (shoulder and chops of mutton or veal knuckle)

- 2 kg(4 lbs 7oz) of truffles

Preparation:

Same recipe as for meat and kidney-bean tajine above. Wash the white truffles and rid them of any earth before peeling and cutting into pieces the size of a walnut.
